Any time we'll welcome guests from other circumpolar living First Nations (like such from Scandinavia, Greenland, Canada & U.S.A.) as well non-native sympathizers, supporters and touristical guests.

About the Initiator please see: www.Grey-Wolf-Guruev.com

THE REASON WHY

"Two things are endless, the universe and the stupidity of the human race."
(Albert Einstein)

"We know our First Nations' history and the old battles against each other. Such have been helpful only for the latter coming up majorities and their imperialistical goal. With the result that our First People's nations and tribes got heavily decimated. Some tribes are even gone, forever. That is a thousand pities 'cause with them a lot of anciental knowledge is gone for ever. Ain't no way back exist alike that you can't bring back our still so much adored mammoth. Can't we learn from what elsewhere was and still is happen so often? I speak about terms like unit, cooperate and exchange for the only reason to let survive the rest of our tribes and nations and within our various cultures in a more and more narrow getting world. Just try to think about, each of us, make up your mind before it is too late!" (1978, the initiator Grey Wolf Guruev)

The in part thousands of years old culture and the direct on nature basing lifestyle of Northern Asia's First Peoples must kept alive and strenghten. An other aspect is nature and traditional knowledge. Thereforee a modern education andtraining is necessary to let First Nations of Siberia, Mongolia and Northern China survive. Especial then when the world's economy is in the turn of globalisation whilst our native people are faced with almost 70 % unemployment.

More you can read under: ARTICLES .

THE AIM

"Today we are living in a world of global uniform culture where only the money does count."
(Annie Lennox, Eurythmics)

Howe'er First Nations' member in the USA, Canada or Scandinavia have make their way, Northern Asiatics shall have a future at least likewise. Thereforee the 'center does offer various information and instruction, practical education, vocatinal training and spirituality. The main theme is, into a global future without loosing traditional roots and lifestyle. Care for ecology, safer economy, social care, own history and art, independence and self-sufficiency are the base of the syllabus. A self developed "Correspondence Course" shall reach those who can not join our 'CENTER.
The MUSEUM OF TEMPORARY ART
OF NORTHERN ASIAN FIRST PEOPLES' ARTISTS and "High Class Souvenir Production" of own design is an extra target. Both ideas can cause an economical input for our region while having tourists here.

THE PLACE

"A new boot always pinch your foot"
(Russian saying)

It's hard to get support by fundraisers and foundations for our side, especial when our region's density of population is fortunately little in number  -   still. Nevertheless or because of this, the Lake Baykal's regions as well those of Lake Hövsgöl (Buryatia and Mongolia) with their own spirituality, with endemic nature unique in this world, being surrounded by thousands of years old culture since Stone Age, openhearted to Shamanism, Buddhism and Christianity or Islam will be the right place to teach.
The general idea to have the 'CENTER's activities in the region of two lakes was argued by the wish to be with the 'CENTER in the middle of Ural Mountains and Japan's island Hokkaido, of Arctic Ocean and Tibet. So located can any member of the 129 First Nation visit our 'CENTER well.

THE BASE

"If all celestial hosts do shout: 'Leave Russia to join the paradise!' my answer will be, I don't need your paradise, better you give back my native country."
(Sergius Yessenin, Russian farmer-poet, had die in 1925 by suicide when fanatical communists arrived)

Since several years the 'center's initiator has bought and collected tools, machines and materials storaged in 3 'aid-container to fit the workshops for metal, wood, leather, bone etc. and our theoretical lesson. An audio-visual and printed library too. His donative equipment for artwork and communication, for energy (solar- and windpower), for agrarian work, cattlebreeding, fishery, hunt, first aid, sport and transportation let the 'CENTER work independend. But in lack of money the 'CENTER's outfit isn't complete yet. Having the 'CENTER in a less developed region more support is necessary, coming from the outside to.

OUR NATURE & SPIRITUALITY

TIMING and DESIGN
( depending on the financial base and help)

After 12 years work three 20-f-'aid-container are the base for a hall with a traditional Buryat house as office nearby. The architect's plan, done by the initiator self for the whole 'complex, is complete (as shown under THE BASE before).
